Global law firm Reed Smith has advised Nobia, the leading European kitchen manufacturer, on its £32 million purchase of two UK kitchen businesses, Commodore and CIE Kitchens.

Commodore and CIE are active in the private developer market, designing, manufacturing and installing mid/high-end kitchens in the south-east of England.

The Reed Smith team was led by corporate partners James Wilkinson and James Cross. This is the second acquisition that Reed Smith London has advised Nobia on, the first being the purchase of Rixonway Kitchens, which completed in December 2014.
