NEW YORK - New York-based counsel Ben Love has been appointed to the ISDS Reforms Working Group as part of the American Society of International Law’s Dispute Resolution Interest Group (ASIL DRIG).

The ASIL DRIG group was set up in September 2018 and serves as a forum for discussion on international dispute resolution matters. The new ISDS Reforms Working Group will be a platform for conversation on the ISDS reforms and evaluation of their immediate and long-term impacts. Ben has been a long-standing and active member of ASIL, organizing ASIL events, most recently as part of the 2019 Midyear Meeting Practitioners Forum organizing committee, and speaking on amendments to the ICSID Arbitration Rules at the ASIL International Economic Law Biennial Conference.
