Harper’s practice focuses on structured international aviation finance and leasing transactions with a particular emphasis on secured debt financings, export credit agency-support financings, operating, finance and tax-based lease structures, pre-delivery payment facilities, sales and purchases.

In addition, fellow aviation finance and leasing partners Christopher Jackson and Adam Longney joined the firm’s aviation group in 2020.
