Although the National Labor Relations Act is best known for protecting employees' rights to join and support labor unions, the agency that enforces that law, the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), has recently launched vigorous attacks on common policies and practices of non-union employers.  With last month's re-election of President Obama, the NLRB seems likely to continue down that path over the next four years.
