On 7 November 2014, after looking at different models of contracts, the French Commission des clauses abusives (Commission of abusive) adopted Recommendation n° 2014-02 concerning contracts proposed by service providers of social networks which resulted in not less than 46 recommendations of deletions or modifications of clauses considered as abusive in these contracts.

At the same time, the publication of the new service conditions 2015 of the social network Facebook offers the possibility to observe the concrete impact of Recommendation 2014-02 on the contracts proposed by this giant American company.
