Raphaël is an associate in the Labour and Employment law department at Reed Smith's Paris office.
He was sworn in 2017.
Raphaël advises French and international clients on all the legal aspects of human resource management, both individually and collectively. He assists clients in daily labour relations management and in more complex operations, such as restructurings, and represents them before the courts.
Raphaël has acquired significant experience managing industrial tribunal disputes, particularly concerning protected employees.
Raphaël has a Master 2 in Business Law - Business and Human Resources Management (2016 - Paris Sud XI). Raphaël completed an internship with Reed Smith Paris before practicing as a labour lawyer with the law firms Redlink and LPA-CGR.
