Lucile is a senior associate in the EU, Competition & Regulatory team in our Paris office.

Lucile specializes in litigation and advice with respect to issues in European and French competition law, distribution law and consumer law. She advises French and international companies in their investigations and disputes before the European Commission, French Competition Authority, French and European courts in competition, antitrust, unfair commercial practices and regulatory matters.Her areas of expertise include litigation in anti-competitive practices (such as exchange of sensitive information, cartels and abuse of a dominant position), claims for damages relating to anticompetitive practices (stand alone or follow-on), unfair commercial practices, commercial disputes, consumer law and complex pharmaceutical regulation. Lucile has developed a specific in-depth expertise in dealing with investigations (dawn raids, requests for information), She also has experience in merger control proceedings before competition authorities, notably the European Commission, the French Competition Authority, and the New Caledonian Competition Authority, including offering and following-up on complex commitment procedures.
