J.P. is a globally recognized arbitration practitioner who handles all aspects of the international arbitration life cycle, from strategic clause drafting, to lead merits and hearing counsel, through award enforcement and recovery. Recognized as a global leader and one of the ten “Most Highly Regarded” international arbitration partners in the Americas by Global Arbitration Review’s WWL, he has represented clients across a range of industries in international arbitrations conducted under all major arbitral rules, including those of the ICC, AAA/ICDR, LCIA, HKIAC, SIAC, DIAC, JAMS, ICSID and UNCITRAL in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America. J.P. also routinely sits as an arbitrator in commercial disputes, and is listed on the arbitrator rosters of most major arbitral institutions, including specialized panels like the AAA-ICDR Life Sciences Arbitrator panel. Additionally, J.P. conducts arbitration-related litigation around the globe, such as judicial interim relief applications and multi-jurisdictional award enforcement and recovery proceedings, and is qualified in New York, England & Wales, and the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts.
