Jennifer focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, strategic investments and general corporate matters. She regularly advises buyers, sellers and investors on all aspects of the deal process, including structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing transactions. Jennifer also serves as outside general counsel to clients assisting with their day-to-day legal needs, including coordinating advice from other attorneys across the firm.
