Caleb is a transactional lawyer who has worked on a wide range of deals including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, equity, debt and asset financings, and restructurings. He has advised listed companies, private equity firms and investment banks based in Greater China, Southeast Asia and North America. Caleb also works on aviation related transactions, in particular aircraft and engine sale and leaseback, structured financing and trading transactions.
