Emily is an associate working in our Global Commercial Disputes Group and is based in San Francisco. She graduated from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law, in 2018. Prior to working at Reed Smith, Emily externed in the Economic Crimes Unit at the U.S. attorney’s office during the summer of 2016. She later externed as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Judge Charles R. Breyer in the fall of 2017. Emily has experience with trade secret litigation, class action litigation in both California state and federal courts, and data privacy litigation.
