Ryan has experience representing both lenders and borrowers in negotiating lending arrangements, specifically on behalf of financial institutions and corporate clients, via syndicated and bilateral credit agreements, asset-based lending structures, leveraged acquisition financing arrangements and Net Asset Value (NAV) facilities. While Ryan specializes in fund finance work, he also has experience assisting in the formation of several flagship funds as sponsor side counsel for some of the largest private equity and investment clients.
