Martin advises and represents national and international clients on the acquisitions and sales of property portfolios as well as single assets (Share-, Asset-Deals, corporate structuring, financing) and on its commercial use (Sale and Lease Back, Lease-, Asset-, Property-, Center- and Facility management-contracts and structuring). In addition, he advises and represents in significant real estate project developments.
Martin is part of the firm’s global environmental, social and governance (ESG) practice. He has a particular focus on the real estate aspects of ESG and regularly advises on sustainable real estate investment, sustainable finance, environmental considerations, energy-efficient development, and green leases.
His advice and representation focuses on offices, data centres, shopping, logistic, hotels and hospitals. Martin has experience in real estate financing and PPP-projects.
