Kennede concentrates her practice in receivables finance, trade finance, inventory finance and commercial lending. Kennede has advised clients in the commodities industry in connection with borrowing base facilities, international and domestic securitizations, revolving and term credit facilities, receivables discounting facilities and other types of commercial lending arrangements.

Kennede has significant cross-border experience having worked on a wide array of transactions in North America, Latin America and Europe.
