Morgan joined Reed Smith's Records & E-Discovery Group in 2016. She provides support on a wide variety of projects, including complex contract disputes, opioid litigation, asbestos litigation, and government investigations. She manages review teams tasked with analyzing documents for responsiveness and privilege, providing training and QC of their work, while coordinating with case teams on all aspects of review projects. Morgan also works with case teams to prepare productions and privilege logs, and assists with other aspects of discovery including deposition preparation and drafting letters regarding discovery matters.
