She provides assistance in the area of monitoring and fulfilling daily docket requirements for deadlines in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and foreign patent and trademark offices.
Cody coordinates the filing and prosecution of patent and trademark applications with foreign associates.
She assists attorneys with due diligence projects involving patents and trademarks.
Cody is skilled in database management and is proficient in the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office electronic filing system and PATTSY (docketing system).
Prior to Reed Smith, Cody had experience in supervising the New Applications Department (Patents and Trademarks).
