Paul is a counsel in Reed Smith’s Financial Industry Group focusing on, helping corporate trust clients across the lifecycle of a wide range of finance and capital markets transactions.

Paul advises trustees and agents on new financings, including bond issuances, structured finance transactions, securitisations, high-yield bonds and banking transactions. He also advises his clients on post-issuance matters, ranging from consent solicitations and noteholder meetings, to the exercise of trustees’ powers and discretions. In addition, Paul has a particular interest in advising his clients on distressed transactions, including defaults, litigation and schemes of arrangement.
