Dylan T.F. Ross

Associate

Dylan guides companies, lenders, and investors through high-stakes restructurings, both in and out of court, so they can stabilize operations, protect value, and move forward with confidence. Clients turn to him when liquidity is tight, negotiations are complex, and outcomes need to be certain.

His practice centers on Chapter 11 and Subchapter V reorganizations, distressed transactions, and workouts. He regularly advises debtors, senior and junior lenders, landlords, lessors, trustees, and other stakeholders on strategy, financing, and paths forward. Dylan brings practical insight from experience across industries including manufacturing, electronics, staffing and transportation finance, health care, energy, and retail. Earlier in his career, Dylan trained at a boutique restructuring firm and served as a judicial extern to the Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas; both perspectives help him anticipate court dynamics and streamline contested matters in his current practice.
