Her experience spans matters before major regulatory bodies, such as the Department of Justice and Securities and Exchange Commission, with a focus on risk mitigation and cross-border regulatory strategy.
Nikita also advises companies on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) matters, helping them to navigate complex issues like climate-related disclosures, shareholder activism, and impact investing in global regulatory regimes.
