17th Appalachia Energy Conference

This marks the second year that Megan has co-chaired the conference.

Real estate partner Jeff Wilhelm will present on “Hot Topics and Data Center Development: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.” The panel will address the status of currently permitted projects, growing opposition to data center development, legislative responses, and emerging permit litigation.

Several ENR lawyers from Pittsburgh and Houston will attend the conference to connect with key energy clients, including oil and gas producers active in the Appalachian Basin.
