The theme of the 2026 workshop is “The Fragile Foundations of International Arbitration: Consent Contested, Capacity Questioned, Legitimacy at Stake.” Participants will examine fundamental questions affecting the practice and future of international arbitration, including issues of consent, authority, jurisdiction, legitimacy, and the role of courts in reviewing arbitral decisions.
The workshop will feature panel discussions, interactive sessions, mock proceedings, and networking opportunities designed to foster dialogue among members of the international arbitration community. Attendees will gain insight into current trends, challenges, and best practices shaping transnational dispute resolution.
