The program will feature updates on significant judicial, regulatory, and legislative activity impacting the industry nationwide.
As part of the Institute, Associate Gina Kantos will present Annual Oil and Gas Law Update – Louisiana and the East. Invited by the Foundation’s Board of Directors, Gina will provide an overview of recent legal, administrative, and legislative developments affecting the oil and gas industry across Appalachia and Louisiana since the 2025 Annual Institute.
In connection with her presentation, Gina will also author a corresponding paper for publication through the Foundation’s digital library and leading legal research platforms, including Westlaw and Lexis.
