The ABA SEER 34th Fall Conference will explore current developments across environmental, energy and resources law, with an emphasis on practical strategies for navigating an evolving legal and regulatory landscape.
Programming will address issues including the environmental and energy demands of data centers, developments in administrative law, evolving emissions standards, environmental rights and climate litigation, PFAS, enforcement and inspection readiness; extended producer responsibility; and water rights.
