We will explore how to identify and mitigate AI risks in transactions, structure representations, warranties, and indemnities to allocate tech-related risks, and ensure compliance with AI laws in the looming horizon. The discussion will also cover practical strategies for post-closing AI use integration, with perspectives from both AI and corporate attorneys from both the US and internationally.
