This programme is designed to provide international arbitration practitioners with the fundamentals of examining and cross-examining expert witnesses based on a mock arbitration case. Participants will have a unique opportunity to improve their advocacy skills by:
- Engaging in exercises and simulations based on a mock arbitration case, including a full-day expert witness hearing
- Obtaining direct feedback and practical advice from leading international arbitration practitioners and advocacy instructors
