Designed for legal and business professionals across the energy industry, the in-person program will examine the full hydrocarbon value chain and the intersection of technical operations, commercial considerations and legal risk across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors.
Drawing on their experience in the energy sector, the speakers will explore how these concepts can lead to disputes in the energy sector.
Will is a Houston-based trial and international arbitration partner at Reed Smith who represents clients in high-stakes energy, construction and commercial disputes. He is also a member of the CPR Institute’s Houston Advisory Board.
