The session will bring together scholars and experts on judiciaries in Latin America and Venezuela. Each speaker will address current issues in Venezuela from their area of expertise and present a paper outlining potential solutions and alternatives.
The Project on Judicial Transitions and the Rule of Law is a joint effort of the Neukom Center and the Bingham Centre for the Rule of Law. The project’s goal is to increase connection and facilitate knowledge sharing and dialogue between leading academic experts in judicial transitions and policy makers and practitioners in the field.
