Drawing on his decades of practice in shipping and cross-border commercial disputes across the Asia-Pacific region, Lianjun will share his practical insights on resolving complex cross-border maritime disputes, the interplay between dispute representation and mediation, and how mediation can deliver commercial value for parties to international shipping and trade disputes.
The programme is jointly organised by the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area International Maritime and Commercial Mediation Centre (MCMC), Foshan Huatai Civil and Commercial Mediation Centre and Huizhou Huirong International Commercial Mediation Centre, with the support of Shenzhen Qianhai International Commercial Mediation Centre as co-organiser.
We warmly invite mediators and professionals with an interest in maritime and commercial mediation to join this session.
