The theme of this year’s conference is: “Rethinking the Future Of Arbitration.”
The day will consist of a panel session exploring questions such as “Will AI replace us (arbitrators, counsel, tribunal secretaries)?” and “Is there a certain style of arbitration in German speaking jurisdictions?”, plus a general discussion on expedited procedures and injunctions.
