On June 11, Gilberto Guerrero-Rocca will be speaking on a panel exploring how political, trade and geopolitical tensions are transforming international arbitration and the role of arbitral tribunals.
The event will welcome arbitrators, litigators, academics, and representatives from the public and private sectors of different jurisdictions to reflect on the state and challenges of international arbitration. The conference is hosted by the Universidad Externado de Colombia.
