Global chair of the Reed Smith international arbitration practice Peter Rosher will co-chair the event for the sixth year running, alongside Jane Davies Evans (barrister, 3 Verulam Buildings).

This interactive conference will bring together practitioners from across Europe and further afield, including arbitrators, private practice lawyers, funders, expert witnesses, senior general counsel and more, to analyse and debate the latest developments in construction disputes.

Dubai-based senior associate Alison Eslick will also present on a panel on termination. The economic downturn and geopolitical situation in many parts of the world have led to an increased number of construction projects being terminated part built.
