Representative matters

Advised an international renewable energy company on the successful sale of its Greek subsidiary owning a 200 MWp solar PV project, a 100 MW standalone battery energy storage project, and a 50 MW green hydrogen production project, all under development and co-located in central Greece.
Advised a global utility scale solar and battery storage project developer on various issues relating to the JV arrangements with its local partner, a Greek renewable power project developer, for the development of a 1.2 GW battery energy storage projects portfolio.
Acted for an international construction company and its co-developers on the successful sale of a 225 MWp portfolio of solar PV projects, built and ready for grid connection, to a listed EU renewable energy company. The advice also covered the renegotiation of key project agreements, including EPC, O&M, and asset management contracts, as part of the sale process.
