Prior to his role at Gravity Stack, Bryon led Reed Smith's Client Technology Solutions practice. There, he was instrumental in crafting and deploying technology-driven solutions that addressed complex litigation, transactional, and operational challenges, delivering value to both internal teams and external clients.
Bryon Bratcher has spent the last several years building Gravity Stack into Reed Smith’s operational engine for AI-enabled legal work. After launching Gravity Stack in 2018 he has led the group’s product vision, client delivery and go-to-market for repeatable services, including AI-augmented document review, contract intelligence, risk management and response, ediscovery, forensics and investigations and legal department AI transformation. He’s equally focused on technical execution and market work: operating Gravity Stack's AI lab, coordinating engineers and data scientists with legal teams, running pilot programs and producing thought leadership and CLEs that demonstrate capability to clients and the market.
