Devan is an associate in Reed Smith’s Global Commercial Disputes group. Devan represents clients in a wide-array of industries, including health care, manufacturing, construction, real estate, and financial services.  Devan has experience in a broad range of the litigation process, including discovery and motion practice, as well as having assisted in both trial and arbitration preparation.

Following graduate school, Devan attended the Baku Summer Energy School at the Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy where she studied Caspian region energy development and policy. Upon returning to the U.S., she accepted a position with ExxonMobil at their headquarters in Irving, Texas and worked as a Media Analyst and subsequently as an Advocacy Advisor prior to beginning law school.
