Kurt was formerly Managing Partner of long-time California powerhouse Crosby-Heafey until it merged with Reed Smith in 2003. He served on Reed Smith’s governing Executive Committee from then until 2018. Kurt has been a frequent speaker on issues relating to law firm management and participated in a management program at Columbia Business School.
