David S. Phelps

David has substantial experience with real estate joint ventures and entity structures (both for single assets and on a platform/portfolio basis), representing both GP sponsors and LP investors in the acquisition, development, and financing of real estate across a wide spectrum of asset classes, including office, commercial, multi-family residential (both senior and student housing), industrial, and hospitality assets.

In addition, David has extensive experience representing institutional real estate companies and capital providers in the acquisition, development, financing, and operation of hotels, resorts, and other hospitality assets throughout North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, and Europe.
