Regis is a member of the firm's Records & E-Discovery Group. His practice is concentrated in the area of general civil litigation, with particular emphasis on product liability and mass tort litigation.

Pro Bono and Community Activities

A Reed Smith Pro Bono Honor Roll member for several years, Regis’ pro bono and community activities include service as President of the Board of Directors of The Emmaus Community of Pittsburgh Foundation, which serves persons with intellectual disabilities and autism. He has also provided pro bono counsel to low income seniors, including the drafting of wills, powers of attorney and advance directives. Through his work with Reed Smith’s Adoption Legal Services Project, Regis has provided pro bono representation to the Allegheny County Office of Children Youth & Families by handling adoption proceedings. Regis has also provided pro bono services to a number of organizations, including the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Association on Mental Retardation and the Manchester Historical Society.
