Join us in Frankfurt and Munich

Your future starts here

In 2005, Reed Smith opened its first German office in Munich, followed by our Frankfurt office in 2015.

Today, Reed Smith has more than 40 lawyers in Germany who advise national and international companies across all industries and sizes, from global corporations to medium-sized and emerging companies, as well as investors and financial services providers. Our teams are experienced and trusted partners for complex legal matters in Germany, Europe, and worldwide.

We advise on legal and out-of-court disputes, domestic and cross-border disputes, regulatory issues, and compliance matters. We regularly represent our clients before courts of all instances, in interim relief proceedings, in arbitration proceedings, and before domestic and international regulatory authorities.

With our deep national experience and our strong cross-border network, our clients receive the tailored advice they require, across borders and across practice areas. Pro bono work is also an integral part of our culture.

We are looking for lawyers, trainees and interns, and professional staff. We seek out candidates with outstanding personalities, excellent legal qualifications, and English language skills – enthusiastic and committed individuals who value collaboration and teamwork. Additional qualifications, such as a doctorate or LL.M., are not required but welcome. International experience is beneficial.
