LONDON – Global law firm Reed Smith has advised CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, on its lease of new office space at Paternoster House, 65 St Paul's Churchyard, as the business relocates its City of London office.

CBRE has signed a lease for 10,000 square feet on the fifth floor of Paternoster House, owned by hausInvest, the Commerz Real fund. The move will see CBRE relocate from St Martin's Court at 10 Paternoster Row, ensuring it maintains its long-standing presence in the City of London, where its heritage dates back more than 250 years.

The Reed Smith team was led by partners Nick Harris and Laura Riddeck, supported by associates Rebeka Mrzlikar Stankov and Kyle Sethi.
