Reed Smith advises Cordiant Capital on sale of majority interest in Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management

LONDON – Reed Smith is pleased to have advised Cordiant Capital Inc. in connection with the sale of its majority interest in Cordiant Digital Infrastructure Management LLP (CDIM), a UK-based digital infrastructure platform.

Cordiant is an experienced global mission-critical infrastructure and real assets manager. CDIM is a UK-based specialised digital infrastructure investment platform, which was co-founded by Cordiant and Steven Marshall. 

The rise in GP stakes investments is continuing, as are exits from these investments, and we are delighted to be a prominent adviser in this space.
