Andrew is a leading private investment funds lawyer with deep experience in all aspects of establishing fund management platforms, raising capital for private equity, infrastructure, credit and venture capital funds, and establishing carried interest schemes. Andrew has first hand experience in structuring, raising and operating investment funds through his role as General Counsel of Duke Street, where he also served as a member of the Investment Committee and the Operating Committee.
