LONDON – Reed Smith is advising Singer Capital Markets on Zinc Media Group plc’s conditional fundraise, comprising a placing to raise approximately £2.1 million and a separate retail offer to raise up to £250,000.
Singer Capital Markets Securities Limited is acting as sole bookrunner and sole broker in connection with the conditional placing, while Singer Capital Markets Advisory LLP is acting as nominated adviser to Zinc Media Group. Zinc Media Group is a premium television and content creation group, producing factual, entertainment, events, and branded content for broadcasters, streamers, brands, and businesses in the United Kingdom and internationally.
The proceeds are intended principally to support the group’s working capital requirements, including funding overlapping large-scale productions.
