Johnson has two decades of experience working with clients to solve their competition law issues in the UK, European Union and around the world. He advises clients in all areas of UK and EU competition law, including UK, EU and multi-jurisdictional merger control, foreign investment review, joint ventures, cartels, abuse of dominance, distribution agreements, and other commercial relationships.
Johnson regularly represents clients across a range of sectors, including energy and heavy industry, financial services, life sciences and technology, on competition matters before the European Commission and UK Competition and Markets Authority and has provided competition law advice in relation to more than 100 jurisdictions around the world.

Johnson joins from Mogan Lewis where he was partner in its London office. He was previously partner at Baker McKenzie where we worked in both its London and Brussels offices.
