LONDON – Global law firm Reed Smith represented Peter Jones and his investment group in the acquisition of American Golf, the UK’s largest golf retailer, from private equity investors Endless LLP, which acquired the business in 2018. American Golf is the UK and Ireland’s leading specialist golf retailer.
