Harrison is a partner in the Global Corporate Group. He advises on a broad range of UK tax matters, with a particular focus on corporate, finance, employee incentives, and real estate matters. He joined the firm in 2013.
Harrison has advised on numerous cross-border M&A deals, financing transactions, and EMI scheme arrangements. He also has experience in providing international tax structuring advice, particularly in the context of European real estate investment.

- its acquisition of UK-based Playground Games, a video games developer of "Forza Horizon", a series of racing games for Xbox consoles and Microsoft Windows.
- its acquisition of UK-based Ninja Theory, a video games developer responsible for a number of renowned releases including "Devil May Cry", "Hellblade" and "Heavenly Sword"
Advising Alpha Real Capital on the UK tax aspects of a deal to purchase the ground rents for a £1 billion portfolio of three central London hotels.
Acted for Sony Music advising on the UK tax aspects of its acquisition of the recorded music business of Ministry of Sound.
