Ritch Rocks represents highly regulated companies in complex litigation nationwide, counseling clients through all phases of litigation from early case assessment through trial and resolution. She is recognized for managing large-scale, high-stakes litigation portfolios.

Mahady, who enhanced the firm’s profile in the Philadelphia market during his tenure as office managing partner, will transition to serve as chair of the U.S. Global Commercial Disputes Group. This change is effective July 1, 2026.
