He has experience advising on private and public M&A transactions (buy- and sell-side) from inception through closing, including drafting key agreements, managing due diligence, and preparing responses to SEC examinations. Adam also has experience counseling clients on Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) compliance, including preparing filings and co-authoring guidance published on Bloomberg Law.
