His practice focuses on advisory and litigation matters for French and international clients in the areas of IP law (copyrights, trademarks, designs, and models), IT law and artificial intelligence, consumer law, data protection and internet law (e-commerce, online gambling, and liability of technical intermediaries).
Alexandre has extensive experience advising clients in high-stakes, cross-border disputes involving emerging technologies before civil and commercial courts. He also advises on the contractual structuring of IT projects, including SaaS, cloud computing, outsourcing, hosting, and maintenance agreements, and assists clients with IP and IT aspects of strategic transactions.
Prior to joining Reed Smith, Alexandre practised in several international law firms. He is also a lecturer in intellectual property law at Panthéon-Assas University.
He holds a PhD in intellectual property law from the University of Poitiers (2019) and a master’s degree in business law (Magistère Juriste d’Affaires – DJCE) from Panthéon-Assas University (2015).
