Andrew is an asset finance partner in Reed Smith’s Transportation Industry Group, based in London, with a particular focus on fixed-wing and rotary aircraft finance and leasing transactions. Andrew’s experience includes secured debt financings; export credit agency-support financings; operating, finance, and tax-based lease structures; and sales and purchases.

Acting for the lender in connection with a US$250 million bridge facility for an Asian operating lessor relating to six new A320 family aircraft on lease to the United States, Mexico, China, and Egypt.

Acting for a U.S. operating lessor in connection with various acquisitions of aircraft on lease in Panama, Taiwan, the United States, Mexico, Malaysia, Austria, and Switzerland.

Acting for a container lessor as the borrower in connection with a US$300 million warehouse financing.
