Advised Alkhabeer Capital on a number of successful transactions in the education, industrial, and health care sectors, including the acquisition of a majority stake in Dawn Medical Clinics and Sindbad Technologies.
Advised a Saudi investment bank on the full disposal of the assets of its education private equity fund, with a deal value of SAR 1.3 billion.
